Citizens Police Academy

  The HPD Citizens Police Academy is a program offered to the community to gain more insight on the day-to-day operations of the police department. Attendees will be introduced to the officers of the Hodgenville Police Department and learn what their duties and responsibilities are. Attendees will also be exposed to other areas of the criminal justice system. Presenters such as Larue County District Court Judge Teresa McMahan-Miller, the Larue County Attorney and other community partners.

The inaugural CPA Class 1 will commence on October 5th, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Classes are scheduled to end by 8:00 PM but may go over depending on content.
